ICC founder and principal Connie Linder is an award-winning entrepreneur, experienced business strategist and creative communications professional with a special interest in innovative startups and sustainability issues. She is also an experienced investment advisor, portfolio manager and financial planner.

Connie has more than a decade of experience working at the board and executive levels, is founder and co-founder of several innovative enterprises, and has raised substantial private donations and investment capital for non-profit, private, and public companies.

Her newest business ventures include an innovative recycling technology enterprise and a web-based search directory.

Connie's knowledge spans policy-making, board governance, First Nations negotiation, government relations, corporate structure, fundraising and the development and implementation of varied business and communications strategies.

Connie has an MBA from the University of British Columbia, licenses for securities and insurance from the Canadian Securities Institute, and a certificate in integrative personal counselling.

Her international perspective originates from studies in Sweden and Germany and at the prestigious HEC in Paris, France.
